A lovely 8 mile run

8 miles....with my sister (who is faster than me!) and it was wonderful. She wasn't feeling very good and wasn't breathing that great, so maybe it slowed her down. Either way, it was an awesome run! I felt great, we kept it under 9 min/miles until the last mile and ended with a time of 1:11:13 with a pace of 8:54!! I've never run that far that fast!
